"Terrible experience, probably they are a scam.
1. No COD. Advance payment is required.
2. Prolonged delays. Even after 1 month of payment I am still waiting for the delivery.
3. Extremely poor response by their help line. Help line tells you to e mail, which are responded after 3-4 days and they keep telling you that delay is due to rain, whereas I received shipments overnight from other retailers of Kci.
4. Thier app and website doesn't log you in after you have ordered. So you can't get an update from their website.
4. They don't have a review option on their website so you can't tell ppl about theor non professional experience.
Beware of them. Please don't order from them even if they are giving things for free. Worst ever experience. "

Before i ordered the machine for my sister my main concern was would it fit a 6.3ft frame person as my sister is tall.
When my sister tried to use the machine , she couldn't bend her legs & the shoulder pads put her in so much pain & agony she had to go see a Dr.
When i called i was put though to a department who stated that someone will call me back 2 days later nothing , i was calling every day at least 4 to 5 times .That went on for a week & i was becoming extremely frustrated
I was informed they will have to listen to the recording of me asking the questions weather it will fit a 6.3ft person.
The lady who took my call didn't call back as she stated so i had to call back & wouldn't get off the phone till i got a return address & that id have to arrange a courier at my cost
plus they are charging me over $400 for the order & delivery
I had to pay $487 for a courier to send it back"
"Ordered a bookcase from HSN. They sent an order confirmation to me, but the very next day they sent another email,saying the order was cancelled. I called to ask why. Women on phone was extremely rude,and stated that they could not verify my information. I verified my info, and she said, NO WE CANNOT VERIFY THAT IT'S YOU. I told her that did not make sense,and she said "WHAT DOESN"T MAKE SENSE"?
She never would explain what they could not verify. But, I use the same info,,,credit card, address, etc, with QVC and have no problem with QVC. I will NEVER shop at HSN again due to this womans incompetence and rudeness as to why they could not verify me. Absolutely ridiculous!
My guess is that they did not want to sell me the bookcase at the advertised price, because the price offer did not apply the next day. SHAME ON YOU HSN. You are a scam merchant, and in future I will shop QVC."
"I had moved since my last order, and I couldn't change the address online. I called and changed the address and placed the order for a $184 item. They sent it to my old address and now it will take several days to process a refund. Totally disappointed in such incompetence. Find somewhere else to shop!"

I’m filing this complaint because I’ve attempted for the last five days to get HSN to refund the amount of $60.59 that was fraudulently charged to my account. I’ve contacted them three times regarding this charge. The item I ordered was not in stock and yet they charged me for it. The original charge was to be in the amount of $43.22, however your company charged me $60.59. I contacted your customer service department and was told they made a mistake and my money would be for the overcharge would be refunded with in 24 hours. This has yet to happen! I. I’ve contacted my bank Chase on multiple occasions and they are unable to release my money because HSN has it in a pending status. I do not have your merchandise, I have canceled the order and I still have not received my refund. It has been more then 4 business days. I have been a loyal customer of HSN for many years. I will no longer order anything from your company! I am a disabled senior and HSN and QVC were one of my main shopping sources... You are no longer! I have started sharing my dissatisfaction with every social media outlet as well sharing my experience with all of my family and friends that shop, HSN, QVC, and Zulliy.

"I am a previous employee of HSN and thought I would share a little with you. All the management of HSN cares about is getting you off the phone so we can get the next order placed. We are actually reprimanded if we make conversation with you and they catch it. There are many of you who probably feel you have been hung up on. That is not necessarily the case. Their system is so outdated and cannot handle the call volume and the system will release calls, known as dropping calls. The management is well aware of it and choose to do nothing about it unless you call and complain then that representative gets fired. They care absolutely nothing about their employees. They pretend to care about their customers. When an HSN employee is telling you they dont know why flex pay did not go through, that is true. They do not. They are given very little information to help you. More and more things are coming out of the warehouse not in new condition. So beware and think twice before you shop. "
"I am disgusted with HSN. I placed an order online for a tablet and the protection plan it gave me the option to flex pay so I entered all my banking information and then it sent me an email about an hour later to say that it was cancelled with no reason provided. I called customer service and they stated that they could not tell what the reason was and that eligibility is different for each customer. STOP GIVING THE OPTION IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE **** AS WELL. "
"Despite the mostly bad reviews here I bit the bullet and placed an order for a cheap Tracphone and service plan. It shipped a little slowly, took several days to get it out the door, but it arrived in good condition and works fine. Since then though, I have been flooded with email spam from HSN. Despite unsubscribing from every email list through the account dashboard on the site and despite using the "unsubscribe" link in each mail they continue to pour in, as many as 10 or 12 per day EVERY DAY. Tried talking to CS via web chat, no help. They refuse to even answer emails. "

They are patient with your stretch pays if you miss some they will continue applying them until finished and the customer service agents are personable and friendly there all the time to solve any of your problems ! I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY problems at all shopping with them !!!!! "As a "Potential" customer, I choose to do Flex Pay on an item. They pull $210 from my card, 3 days later send an email stating my order has been cancelled "Because" they cant do Flex Pay on the item I chose ($854 apple watch bundle). In the email they claim your money shall be reversed that same day. Well, the next day - no money refunded. Call and was told it was reversed it will take a day or so to fall off. Two days later-no refund. Call again and complain, told they are going to Fax a letter to my bank instition that day so they can release my hold. Next day--STILL NO Refund! Call again, now told the letter takes 24 hours before it is to be FAXED to your bank and has to be approved!!!!! Really wtf approved to get my own money back!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS. Went to Best Buy and bought the watch and accessories that was going to get on flex pay thru HSN for $560 and saved! I will Never do business with HSN or Refer them. As a Business owner myself, HSN is HORRIBLE! J/S "

Do not buy a phone from them. I love HSN and purchase regulary. I bought a Samsung s8 plus for $804. I Paid my last payment on 9/21/18. I broke the phone on 9/28/18. I did not expect anything from HSN until I went to register the phone and could not. I contacted samsung to have it registered and repaired only to be told the phone is international and cannot be registered or repaired in the United States there is no way possible for them to even get parts. I was not told this when I purchased the phone. I want my money back and HSN feel it is not their problem."
