He was very courteous and helpful. He brought the boxes to my front door and also helped me bring them in one by one as we inspected each one. As we found damage on a box, he helped me open and inspect the product as well. Overall, my whole experience was great. I have and will continue to tell people about my experience with this company. "I purchase the Charay Floral Glass tray for $40, by Imax. It arrived about 2 weeks later looking nothing like the photo. It was not frosted colored glass as appears in the pic, but painted with acrylic, very sloppily painted. They charged me a restocking fee and reshipping fee, so that all I will get back is $14 out of the 40 I spent. I also bought a pillow for $40 and asked if it had been shipped yet because I was considering cancelling. I was very angry because the process seemed to be taking too long and I would have to "eat" the plate. Someone from the claims department requested pictures of the plate, and after viewing the item issued me a full refund! And they spared me the hassle of shipping the item back, because of the quality issue the manufacturer said I could dispose of the item. I have to say that I am satisfied with the way they handled things after viewing the pictures of the item. Now I know I can purchase other items without worry. "
"I ordered the Sterling Home Office 6 pc Wall System - Parker House, 12-26-12. Several communications were sent from that time informing me of shipment date, projected arrival date, the shipper information and how to reach them for order status. It was all very professional and businesslike.
The materials were delivered to me on Friday, January 25th (promised 3-5 weeks from order). They were carefully unloaded by the two gentlemen from Sun Delivery, unwrapped (wrappings were totally intact), and brought into my 'office'. Then the units were put together, the surge protector/electrical set up for plugging in computer, printer, etc. plugged into the wall socket, and I am in business. All debris, by the way, was packed and removed by the Sun Delivery team. Great guys!
The units are beautiful, elegantly rich looking and with ample space to store books that are currently lying in boxes around the room. Also, the drawers to the units can hold all kinds of necessary paraphernalia common to the regular business office: trays for pencils, pens, scotch tape, rulers, magnifying glasses (who can read phone books?) rubber fingers, staples, not to mention diskettes, etc. The file drawers will relieve and render useless another file taking up unnecessary space. The opening under the keyboard tray holds my laser jet printer (on a pull-out shelf) and my supply of paper and envelopes. All conveniently out of the way.
I am convinced this was the best decision I could have made to accommodate my particular needs; and I stand in awe of the end result.

"Horrible service, I ordered a couch on 1/14/2013 I received an email stating the order was in "processing" on the 16th and never heard back from them so on 1/19/2013 I emailed them to cancel my order but then they still didn't call me or email me until 1/21/2013 stating that I could not cancel the order because it was shipped out on 1/21/2013 but they still couldn't provide me with a shipping number and I find it funny how on 1/21/2013 was a holiday so everything is closed. hmmm? They tried to tell me that it was going to cost me 50% to cancel now since its been mysteriously shipped out on a holiday. It clearly said in the email that the ship date was supposed to go out on 1/22/2012 and that I wouldn't be able to cancel after the couch was shipped out so that's exactly what I did, canceled on 1/19/2013 well before the ship date so whose lying now? I would not ever consider doing business with them and would recommend that you do your research on this company before giving up your credit card info. One more unhappy customer
In response to your comment, You were clearly rude to me over the phone and told me that you would not help me Now that I am telling my story to the world You say you will still TRY to cancel my order but you only say that so that you look good in your comments We both know the way that our conversation went on the phone you had no intentions on canceling this order and I'm sure still have no intentions of canceling my order. If my order is not canceled I will comment further on this review to let everyone know the truth and the facts in the matter, If my order is canceled then I will remove this review and consider this matter closed. You should do the right thing and cancel my order since my order cancellation request was given to you well before the couch shipped out. If I were in the wrong and Sent my cancellation request in after the 21st Then I would except the terms that the item has already been shipped and this review never wouldve made it online. Waiting Patiently and still one more unsatisfied customer!!!

When I received my couch I open the box and put the couch together only to find out that the recliner was stuck in the open position immediately I sent them an email to let them know about the problem. They responded telling me that a technician to come out on February 9 and I was not happy about the fact that they were going to make me wait for so long but I accepted the February 9 technicians appointment date. On February 9th I wasted my entire day until 530 waiting for a technician to arrive to repair or find out what was wrong with the couch so they can send me a replacement I received no phone call from any technician and no one showed up for their February 9 appointment. I called their office and no one answered the phone so I sent over an email as well On Monday, February 11 I received an email where they were apologizing for the technician not showing up and they offered me a $75 credit to my account for my inconvenience I am not looking for credits I'm looking for professional service Of which I have not received from day one I called over to speak with a woman and found out that they did not care. They tried to tell me that the next available date was not until mid-March for a technician but they were going to pull some strings to get me a February 20 or 21st appointment for the technician. The woman I spoke to proceeded to tell me that the couch is still usable and that I should not be upset I could sit on the unbroken portion of the couch As I told her that I was not happy and I was going to dispute my credit card she proceeded to be very rude and in a very rude manner told me I will not have this conversation anymore and hung up on me. At this time I will be disputing my credit card charge and requesting for them to come back and pick up their broken merchandise that they failed to repair. I am requesting a full refund to my card and for them to come back and pick up the broken merchandise that I gave them the opportunity to repair and they wasted my time and never showed up nor did they even have the courtesy to call

"Homelement gave us the best prices I could find anywhere. This was a large purchase for us on line, and I was a tab bit nervous. We purchased new living room furniture, it was shipped in a timely fashion, the boxes were fairly crushed, and I made sure we took plenty of photos before removing the furniture(as per their instructions on the invoice)and made sure the damage was noted on the freight invoice as well. The box that had little damage turned out the coffee table, and surprisingly inside it was quite damaged. I called immediately the next morning and was in touch with their claims department within minutes via email. I described the damage briefly and sent the photos we had. Their response to us was incredibly awesome and very quick. They remedied the problem to our up- most satisfaction, actually, they went beyond what I would have expected. Fast, courteous, friendly, I could not be more pleased. These folks rock, you don't receive this kind of service from most companies these days. I felt like I was dealing with the "mom and pop" store down the road and not a large outfit. I will be using Homelement for my future purchases. I just cannot speak highly enough about our experience with them! If I could only give their service rating a 10, I would give them a 15! Do not hesitate to shop with these folks! They certainly exceeded my expectations, I don't think they would disappoint you! "
