I was trying to buy kids bed and mattress but those of things are really popular so I asked to Homeelement when you can deliver my order. On the phone they say they can deliver right now but they didn't. I asked three times but they keep saying they are going to delivery. But they didn't
I was really disappointed this company.
Another things is that Home element delivered only mattress so I canceled order because I was really disappointed this company.
They sent email to me that they were going to tack back them within this week. But they didn't give any contact after that.
3 month later, now even they withdraw my money without any agreement.
It doesn't make sense. How they can do that. Unbelievable.
In fact I come from another country 4 month ago. Is it normal in America or not ? How can I handle this problem ?
