"Catalog page indicated that product was in stock. Order was placed and acknowledgement stated that the order would be shipped on 1/30/12 by FedEx. When shipment had not arrived by 2/6/12, I checked the tracking number and the screen said that FedEx was holding the shipment. I emailed Honeywell and learned that they did not have the procuct in stock and it would be 2/21/12 before they would have it. Why didn't they tel me that when the order was placed?"

"Easy to use and easy to navigate. Well designed. Product selection was larger than I expected. Received product and installed it yesterday. So far, so good. Only negative feedback was shipping notification. At first I thought it was spam, I don't recall seeing anything that conspicously stated it was for items I purchased from Honeywell."
