"The ordering process went very smoothly and the delivery was very prompt! The humidifier was easy to put together and runs very nicely. We live in a small 1200 sq. ft. home and live in an extremely dry climate but this humidifier puts enough moisture into the air that the kid's nightly bloody, noses and my husband's snoring have dissapeared. Really like this humidifier. "

"No satisfaction at all.That's all i can say.I have been waiting for my order for more than a month,and i just received another email saying that it will be shipped on June 13th.So it means that i will receive the item after 2 months.NOT THAT BAD.

If you are not able to provide the item PLEASE REFFUNDE MY MONEY BACK.

"I am disappointed. The overall experience was good, but although the product fit and is designed for my purifier it isn't the identical item I was hoping to be available and have received. I wanted the same washable and reusable pre-filter and the one I received was a disposable carbon, gas-reducing prefilter like I'd used in my old, noisy purifier that isn't eco-friendly. Since the original prefilter was damaged I have no choice but to use these now as the washable isn't available to purchase. Boo!! Hiss!!"

"I am mostly satisfied with my buying experience with Honeywell. I have only 1 issue with this experience. due to "replacement type filters" I was not made aware of the deference in what I thought I was buying and what it was I bought.
I was misled in the catalog. bottom line is, I had to go back and reorder a 2nd filter - where as it should have come up red flagged as to the deference
of 1 - 8" filter as apposed to 2 - 4" filters.
I still have my concerns that the new 2 filter replacement filters will not preform like the older 8" filter ... Greg.

"Ordering items through the Honeywell Store site has proven to be user friendly and highly efficient; two things I require from any reliable store. Usually, when I order items on-line I always end up having to redo my personal information. This can get frustrating and redundant when you just want things to be simple. In addition, this sight didn’t even have a clue as to who I was and it still made my order go through smoothly and without any of the hang ups I usually hit when dealing with such sights. It was only until I was checking out my shopping cart that my information was required and that was it. On the down side, my items are on back order which I don’t mind and that is to be expected from a store on demand; furthermore, if they follow through, as they did on my on-line order, I can only expect the best service from the Honeywell Store. I presently own the HHT 145 air purifier and I have had no complaints about it. I intend to keep my purchase busy and that means maintenance; thus, I foresee quite a few purchases from here. Oh, I forgot to check if they carried UV bulbs, back to the Honeywell Store for me. "
