"I was looking for a 2nd small heater to add to the one I got last year, which has worked well but is small so took time to heat the space. Online I couldn't find one that looked like mine, but found another that sounded as good (looked quite different in the picture). So I ordered it - and it turned out to be basically the same model (w/ a few upgrades) as what I had! I like it, it works fine, room heats much faster w/ the 2 (it's a garage room that starts each day at about 50 degrees). So my only problem was that I wish the pictures were clearer, and more than one view would have helped! I spent quite a while comparing what seemed to be all different heaters; had I been able to tell that this one was basically the same, I would have just ordered it right off with almost no time spent on looking at the others."

"I chose Honeywell because of their superior reputation. However, since my product has yet to be delivered, and will not for about 2 more months, I cannot comment on your product. Only my experience. I have lost my confidence in your company since the delivery date has been moved from mid-December to February, 2012! You had to have known the demand for generators far exceeded your supply when this order was placed. I was informed delivery would be 3-4 weeks. This has been extended to 3 months. This generator was purchased for my daughter in Northern New York state and is NEEDED Now! Not in the dead of winter. I spoke with someone and requested an upgrade to a model which could be received sooner, and was informed they are ALL unavailable for immediate delivery. At this point, I am looking for alternatives to supplying my daughter with a reliable generator for the harsh winter in northern New York."
