"I attempted to book a hotel room for an upcoming vacation, but due to a glitch in automation, I never received a confirmation and the HotelPlanner.com call line was unable to verify that a reservation was made. I forged ahead and booked another hotel elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to contact the manager of the first hotel from the questionable HotelPlanner.com booking, either. Since no charge showed up on my credit card, I had assumed that the reservation was never completed. However, a week later, I received a boilerplate message thanking me for my reservation, addressed from Reginette Exume. I was skeptical that I would be able to send a message to Reginette, but at this point wanting to make sure any existing reservation was cancelled, I replied to her message. I was delighted to learn that Reginette is an actual, responsive person at HotelPlanner.com. She responded swiftly, assured me that she would take responsibility for confirming that my reservation was indeed cancelled, and followed through with professionalism and expertise. 5 stars for Reginette Exume. The automated reservation system needs some work, but the customer service provided on Reginette's end was exceptional and is often undervalued in our newer digital economy."

"This was my first time using HotelPlanner.com and when I had accidentally booked the wrong dates I thought it would have been my last. My receipt indicated that no cancels, refunds, or changes were allowed. I was so upset, thinking I would lose money having to book another reservation with the correct dates. I realized the error just a few minutes after making the reservation, so I figured I to try to get the dates fixed. So I gave the support number a call and explained the situation. The person I spoke to over the phone, asked for the dates I intended to book the room for and said someone would give me a call the next day. Early the next day I received an email from support, indicating my reservation was updated with the correct dates. I was so relieved and happy they were able to fix my issue. I will definitely use this service again."
