"I would like to commend Reginette Exume for her excellent service. I booked a reservation for my Cousin's wedding that would be 6 hours away from where I live. I chose the option that stated No refunds or cancellations. As life happens the wedding was cancelled, and I was horrified to learn that I would be out $280.00 for a hotel room I no longer needed. When I called the number, I was met with extreme rudeness, basically saying you chose that option. I reached out via email, and Reginette took on the case taking the time to contact the Hotel and explain my situation and was able to refund my credit card. I learned two things, don't ever use the no cancellation option because life happens and I will definitely use this site for my next vacation!"

"This was my first time booking through HotelPlanner and my experience has been excellent. I neglected to print out my receipt and needed to retrieve it in order to submit for reimbursement . I could not find my confirmation number so I contacted Reginette Exume, Customer Service Representative who responded immediately and forwarded my reservation.

"I received wonderful service. I called twice. The first individual I spoke with was very accommodating and continued to search for hotels with accommodations that I was seeking. I could not make up my mind and called back the next day. The next representative I talked with was equally wonderful! They really listen to you and what you want and what you are looking for I wanted a room within a budget, so many miles from a specific location, and a continental breakfast as well as a pool, and no parking fees. "Website is very easy to use and I was excited that I found a good deal on a room. My wife and I had a gas leak in our apartment and had to book quickly. I paid $75 to HotelPlanner and went to check in. Upon check in, I was asked for my card to verify my booking. A week later, I am charged $63 by Red Roof Inn on top of the $75 I already paid. I called hotelplanner TWICE and they said that no one was answering at Red Roof Inn and to call back later?!! How ridiculous! So I keep calling back and they are no help. Now, hotelplanner is telling me that I have to call back when the GM is at red roof inn because the person they need to talk to is the GM. The woman at hotelplanner said that the clerk st Red roof inn confirmed the double charge but we need to wait on the GM who is NEVER there.
Still no refund and no solution.
So, I won't be using this site again."

"Originally I had written a bad review to the company because I was charged by hotel planner for the hotel stay up front but after I checked out of the hotel, I received a bill but at a different rate. I tried to dispute the bill at the moment with the hotel but the clerk said it was just my copy and said the rate was the rate they get with the company. Not a good feeling I had. Anyhow days later I see the hotel charged me anyway. So I reached out to hotel planner by email explaining my unpleasant visit or different rate for hotel. The same day, I received a response email where they assisted in contacting the hotel to erase this extra charge and game me the difference in the price I paid with hotel planner vs the hotel. Now that was awesome service for me. So with this I do believe they deserved the five stars because of the quick resolutions above and beyond. Thank you to the associate at hotel planner for the quality service. I will use you in the future. "
