"The first reservation was handled terribly. I thought was compromised. Called back and talked to Karen. Karen took the time to calm me down , help me to find the reservation asked questions. I wanted to cancel and never deal with Hilton Honors again. She went above and beyond. If it wasn’t for her I would be done with Hilton. She is very personal and professional. "

Con artists

"When I called to make the reservations I spoke with a Lizz. I asked specifically if there were penalties if I needed to cancel the reservations. She assured me that as long as I canceled before 48 hours of arrival there would be no monetary penalties. I asked her that about 3 or 4 times before I confirmed my reservations. Later that day I found a better deal at a hotel closer to the event we were attending and called to cancel. I was informed that I would be owing the first nights stay because of their policy. I tried to tell them that I spoke with Lizz who assured me that I would get my full refund. They told me they would file a claim for me, but that was their policy. Lizz flat out lied to me to get me to make the reservation. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. I will go out of my way to make sure people know how dishonest this company is! Thank goodness for social media!!!"

"Zoila sounded put out from the second she picked up the phone. Didn’t answer my questions. Talked over me. Quoted me a price that was 40% above what is listed for the same room on the same date on Priceline. Would not give me a quote without state tax. "

THANKS CESAR

"I decided that I wanted to speak with a person instead of going on line/or using a App. Cesar answered the call. I was trying to book hotel rooms for to groups. So I started babbling uncontrollably. Cesar captured my words and organized them perfectly. Long story short, Cesar made this experience very easy and less stressful. He answered all my questions and explained everything step by step.
