I just spoke to Zoila to find out if Days Inn offers extended stay. At first, she acted like she didn’t even know what the phrase “extended-stay” means. Then, after I explained it to her, she fumbled around giving me a quote of over $1000. I told her thanks anyway, and she mumbled, “Mmmmhmmmm” and then hung up the phone on me! What the hell kind of Customer Service is that? Do you all just hire anybody these days? I might write a letter, haven’t decided yet, but you definitely need to take her off of the phones and retrain her. If she doesn’t want to work with people, she’s in the wrong profession! She needs to take her stank attitude into solitary confinement."

"Person I talked to led me to believe he was the hotel and helping me extend my stay. I questioned the process and the rate and he assured me he was representing the hotel and wedding planning group. The rate quoted sounded off. Even when I said my info was on file he said “they don’t keep my information “. Should’ve known that was a sketchy answer. I expect a full refund and someone need to tell their people to be open about who they are. Bad business. Honesty is important, I was mis lead. "
