"My sofa order and tracking experience was great. And we love the sofa! But the “white glove” delivery was anything but!! When the drivers showed up at the end of the day (the expected delivery was originally 8:30am-11:30am), they were rushed and jammed the sofa - still in the box thank God - down the hall into the designated office. The handling of the sofa to get it out of the box was rough. My husband kept asking them to slow down and be careful. But their zeal to tear the box away and stomp it flat, lacked consideration of the small office space they were in. The result was a shattered trophy (not repairable) that was on my husband’s desk - to which no apology for breaking it was extended. That was a sour way to end our otherwise excellent experience and the biggest waste of a $175 “white glove” fee."
