"I have ordered with Ice Monkey before without problem, but this one is enough to keep me from doing so ever again. My order was damaged in shipping and customer service has been unresponsive to my request for a replacement.

The details:
1/18 - Placed the order
1/24 - I reported receiving the item damaged during shipping and requested a replacement
1/25 - Melissa at IceMonkey.com responded requesting photo evidence of damage
1/25 - I replied with photo evidence
NO REPLY
1/30 - I sent follow-up email requesting assistance with a replacement
STILL NO REPLY after seven business days
2/3 - Sent another follow-up email requesting assistance with a replacement. Indicated that this was my last attempt and further lack of service would result in a chargeback on my credit card.
STILL NO REPLY. Dead silence since 1/25.
2/7 - Giving up and initiating a chargeback on my credit card and writing this review

I'm generally quite forgiving of mishaps with shipping and the like. Ignoring the customer repeatedly, I am not so forgiving of and Ice Monkey has been terrible in this respect.

So, buyer forewarned. Good prices and if all goes well, good deals. When all doesn't go well, I hope you get better service than I. I can promise it won't happen to me again. Good luck.

"Ice Monkey had a missing part to my order, I contacted customer service and they were able to mail it out to me with in two days, I was really happy. It was for a Birthday present for my brother-In-Law he loves those gagets, I also got one for my husband.

"Very happy with the service I received from Ice Monkey. I purchased a Logitech Remote from Ice Monkey, and got the email confirmation immediately. That is pretty typical of internet based sellers. But, my problem was that I discovered that I needed to cancel the order. I couldn't find a phone number to call, and was concerned that they would ship before they could process the cancellation. So, I sent them an email, telling them that I needed to cancel. First thing the next morning I received an email from their customer service department that they had cancelled my order, and issued a refund to me. Their response, even though it was an email conversation was perfect. They were quick to respond, and promptly - without issue - handled my problem. Thanks so much."

"Awful customer service. Received item with cracked screen and sent an email to get RMA #. Took several days to hear back and then it seems every time I send an email to them it takes a good 2 days to hear anything back. I had to pay for the item to get shipped back to icemonkey. Still trying to resolve problem and they just don't understand the point of customer service. It is to HELP the customer. Won't be ordering anything from them again that is for sure!"

"We purchased a Dura v11 helicopter from Ice Monkey in December as a Christmas gift for our son. He loved it and played with for about 10 minutes then it wouldn't work anymore. I immediately emailed Ice Monkey and explained what happened they were very helpful and replaced the product quickly. Very satisfied with our Ice Monkey experience and will definitely do business with them again!!"

"I received not one, but 2 defective helicopters. In most cases I would be extremely frazzled by something like this and to make things worse customer service is usually terrible.
