"Having free shipping on my order was fantastic! I bought my boyfriend the Maxam 10 in 1 multi-tool and utility knife and he loves the set. It was nice that it was in the original box, and it is WAY nicer than it appeared in the picture. I also got a case for my iPad2 and it is also way nicer than it appears in the picture- also fantastic prices- iPad2 cases are spendy and don't always fit as nicely as this case does (Casecrown royal standby Horizontal portfolio stand for ipad2)
I also sent an email to icemonkey.com because I wasn't able to access my shipping information for my order. Roland from the Icemonkey.com team emailed me in less than 24 hours with all the information I needed. He also included in the email the date that it was going to be delivered and added to let him know if I had any questions or concerns.
I didn't have questions or concerns but I did respond with an emailing thanking Roland for the quick response, correct information and great products. I WILL be ordering from icemonkey.com again, today. Having a company that has such quick response, great products, cheap prices, fast delivery and friendly staff is rare. "Wow! What can I say? As a single mom, I have to shop for bargains, and Ice Monkey has deals that are far beyond amazing! They offer free shipping as well, and my orders have arrived very quickly, always packaged to ensure I receive my items in perfect condition! Recently I'd placed another order for a few items from them, and while I tried to complete my purchase via PayPal there was a glitch that indicated I could not access my PayPal account at that time, so I went back and used my credit card instead. I was contacted less than 24 hours later by a customer representative from Ice Monkey wondering if I had intended to place duplicate orders within minutes from their site. Turns out that glitch on PayPal had accidentally been responsible for the duplicate order, and Ice Monkey swiftly cancelled the duplicate transaction and refunded my money instantly! These guys are exceptional when it comes to business! Great products at phenomenal prices with free shipping and a staff that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers... "I do most of my shopping online & I buy only from the best online sellers. Amazon is my major "store". My favorite deals store is Ice Monkey. So far, I get my items at a speed that ranges from rivals Amazon to excels over Amazon. I get what I order and like clockwork Ice Monkey addresses any problems.
I find this consistently stellar service odd because Dailysteals, which owns Ice Money is troublesome when it comes to missing items and can be slooow with shipping. I only buy from Dailysteals these days when its a serious bargain that costs only a few dollars and Ice Monkey doesn't have it.

"I had an "above and beyond" experience with IceMonkey recently. I received a product that appeared to be working properly...but within a week, it failed. I contacted IceMonkey and they immediately offered to make things good by either providing a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the replacement because i really wanted the device but alas the second unit arrived "dead on arrival". I contacted IceMonkey and reported the problem and without hesitation IceMonkey offered a full refund.
The poroduct failures is not the fault of IceMonkey in any way--no shipping breaking, for example--it is just the quality of the particular product. Some times you win and some times you lose...but I did nost lose ANYTHING because IceMonkey took care of me without any threats or other nonsense."

I'm out $65 for $50 worth of goods that were returned and the $15 cost of shipping. Just computerized responses but no refund. If you want to throw your money away order from Ice Monkey."
