"I ordered a remote control helicoptor that flew no more than 10 minutes on brand new batteries before the tail rotor stopped working. I emailed them stating the problem about 3 times to which they have sent me a new one. I have not received it yet, but I do have the order # and UPS tracking # in possession. They were great to work with. If I would have them change anything, it would be a faster response time on emails sent. It would be nice to have a phone number to call, knowing this is a huge request due to their volume. I will order from Ice Monkey again."

"Could not have gotten better service or be more happy with my purchase from Icemonkey.com. I ordered the "Netgear Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender with 4 Ethernet Ports, 2.4 GHz and Much More!" and "Squid High Speed 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub With Built In USB Cables" on 1/10/12, it was shipped on 1/10/12 and at my doorstep on 1/11/12 with free shipping and everything in great shape and working well. It was only shipped from New York to Pennsylvania but what better service can someone ask for. I will be purchasing many more things from this company. Keep up the good work Icemonkey. Like I seen posted here before "people are sure quick to complain but not as quick to leave good comments" so I wanted to make sure I put one in for them."

"I ordered an ipad on Dec 22 till now no ipad and no response from these jokers. they are really good at charging you CC the second you order but not so good at responding to your inquiries about your order. I should have known better when I did not see any phone number for Customer service.
Their customer service contacted me with a standard letter of you know what we shipped it and UPS had to ship it back to us because they had a problem. This is so funny they furnished a tracking number that reflect a package sent to NY I live on the other side of the country and the package weight was 1LB anyone who knows IPAD knows that IPAD 1 weight more than 1LB without the packaging I have to give it to they. they sure try to have their cake and eat it too

"Terrible customer service! I ordered an iPad on December 23rd and was charged the full $399, but I have no iPad, no explanation on what happened, and no answer to my emails (only way to contact them since no phone number) as of Jan 8!!

Product was initially shipped, but then there was a "UPS delivery intercept". I contacted them a week ago about it and their response was they cancelled the intercept, but that was not the case! The item has been delivered back to them and I have shot them multiple emails without a single response! I now have a $400 dollar charge and complete silence from a company. Save your time and money, and do not deal with this company!

"I placed my order with Ice Monkey on 12.6.2011 and received the confirmation the next day. This item was a Christmas gift for my 3-year old. After a couple weeks I did not receive the shipment so I checked the status and found the tracking number and status with UPS of "ready to pick up". I waited and waited but the order never showed up. On 12/24 the order status changed to "voided". I was extremely upset as this was to be the "special" gift from Santa. When I inquired with Ice Monkey about how this could happen I was told that I was sent on email on 12.7.2011 that the order had been canceled. This was completely false. I asked for a better (honest) explanation but I have not recieved a response. I have placed several orders in the past but this bad experience combined with the outright lies was so negative I will not do business with Ice Monkey again. "

"I ordered what they had advertised as a a SanDisk 4GB class 4 microSD card.

10 minutes after reading reviews about icemonkey I tried to cancel my order.
A day later I got an email from them stating:
"Thank you for contacting us. Your order has already processed for shipment so I can no longer cancel the order. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

The card I received has the following issues:
-it was not new (someone had used it and left some mp3 files on it)
-it was not class 4
Its write speed was around 3.6 MB/sec. Class 5 requires a write speed of at least 4 MB/sec.
Another SanDisk microSD class 4 card I have has a write speed of 5.6 MB/sec.
-I doubt it's SanDisk although it has its logo on it

"What great customer service! After receiving a broken product and not knowing it was broken until after Christmas and the 30 day return policy time period, they apologized, quickly refunded my money and said don't worry about sending it back. They have great stuff and I would definitely shop there again!! "

"Great service! I impulse purchased an iPad 1st generation and then changed my mind. I contacted customer service since the order was still "pending" not really expecting to be able to cancel, but thought I would give it a shot. Customer service replied immediately and was able to cancel the order without a problem. Good thing too as I ended up receiving one for Christmas! Thanks so much!"

"I was very skeptical when I saw a really low price on their website for an item I was interested in, it only compounded my skepticism since it was from a website I had never heard of.... but I placed the order any how. I then started to get worried once I saw some of the reviews for Ice Monkey on Reseller Ratings. So only speaking from my experience with them, I can say that it went very smoothly. My order was shipped the very next day and I received it yesterday since it had to cross the entire county. I opened the box to find EXACTLY what I ordered in NEW and WORKING condition. I will definitely shop with these guys again, and have no problem suggesting the site to my friends now.

EDIT: I can understand people that have had bad experiences questioning my review since I did not have an issue with them. I'm starting to question the bad reviews at this point. I would tell you that I'm not affiliated with Ice Monkey but you wouldn't believe that, just like you don't believe the moon landing, Elvis dying and OJ being guilty. Would you rather I put a bad rating because you had an issue with them ?

"I ordered a remote control helicopter from Icemonkey.com and what a mistake I made. I paid for it on November 28th. It is now December 29th and still no helicopter. What is worse is that they do NOT respond to any emails, you cannot call them and they probably could care less. I am just another victim ripped off by them. Not only that but my nephew did not get a gift from me at Christmas because of them and now I have to make it up to the little guy. They are terrible at communication. Spend your money somewhere else as this company is a loser. Thank you"

"I posted a horrible review of Icemonkey.com a couple of weeks ago, see below, and the next day was emailed by J, their reputations manager. She asked how she could help, and I told her to contact me by phone, which she did soon after. She was very friendly, unlike the other 2 boys I had spoken to earlier. I explained to her what happened, and she apologized, told me to let her know when I received the product, and offered a refund, as well. The refund posted to my credit card today, and I even received another email from her today thanking me, and double checking that everything was ok. I am very happy with this resolution. I think it pays to review on here, because it's obvious that they check their reviews on here, and respond."

"I made a purchase on Icemonkey.com (about $130+) not having done any research on the company...and hoping to get everything I ordered before Christmas. It then occurred to me (which it should have before the fact) that i should do some review reading to see how others' experiences turned out.
What I found TERRIFIED me. I read horrible reviews about the customer service, delivery time, quality of products, etc. I went back to icemonkey.com and emailed customer service immediately, voicing my concerns and looking for some reassurance, but COMPLETELY ready to cancel my order and just go to the store for gifts like I thought I should have in the first place. I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT!
I got an email the next day from "Melissa" saying that people are very quick to leave gripes and complaints, but few positive experiences make it over the under the radar when a positive transaction occurs. I was still a little uneasy, but could do nothing but wait and see what happened...
On the 22nd, six days after I made my purchase, I was thrilled to arrive home from work and find a big box at my door with EVERYTHING I order safe and sound, as described! Maybe the squeaky wheel gets the oil, or maybe the negative stories were just unfortunate events, but are isolated...who knows?
So the moral of this story, kids: Don't judge a book by its cover...or in this case a few bad reviews. I promised I would take the time to write this after, and am happy to leave this on a very positive note! Hope this helps someone out there. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

"I ordered a two microSD cards from Icemonkey. I waited 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation. Finally called Icemonkey...recording said they were not taking calls anymore. Emailed Icemonkey and they sent me a tracking number. USPS tracking indicated only that electronic shipping had been received from the shipper. Waited 3 more weeks, contacted Icemonkey..."Sarah" responded back and said order was "lost in shipping". Asked if I wanted a refund or a reorder. I asked for a refund. That was a big waste of time! Will not do business with this seller. Beware.


***Update 12/29/2011***
Received a follow-up from IceMonkey due to my negative review on ResellerRatings. Talked to a very helpful manager is called me directly. She explained that order was shipped and did indeed get lost in shipping. I confirmed this with tracking. So...I will amend my review. Order was shipped by seller and it was not their faul that it did not arrive. IceMonkey customer support did do a poor job following up and should have checked the tracking as it had already been "lost" for about a week at the date of my initial inquiry about two weeks after the order was placed. I do appreciate the fact that IceMonkey reviews ratings such as this and follows up with knowledgeable representatives.

"Ruined Christmas. Ordered gifts on December 12th, with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is December 23rd, and my packages have been sitting still at a UPS facility across the country since December 21st. They waited until December 21st???

They've disconnected their phone lines and live-chat to "Better Serve us Customers", only relying on email. I will NEVER use them again. EH-VER!
