"Ice Monkey rocks! On Dec 14, I ordered merchandise from Ice Monkey, it was shipped on Dec 15 and arrived at my house Dec the 20 via regular mail. Upon opening the package I discovered one of the two items was damaged. I shot off an e mail to Ice Monkey's customer service describing the problem. The next morning I received an e mail back apologizing for my inconvienence and informing me that a replacement was on it's way. It's really hard to fault a company that is that customer friendly..and prompt! Will I make further purchases? You bet! Will I recommend them to my friends? Absolutely!
Thanks again Ice Monkey and Merry Christmas!

"This is a quality web site ! Not only do you get the most amazing deals,but they have awesome shipping and you get your orders at a very fast pace. "Friend turned me onto this website, after seeing the items & prices was a little leery. Over the last month have ordered many items ranging from $5 to $90, could not resist these unbelievable or some would call insane deals. Well, I am here to tell ya, they are real! Even had reason to contact their support from oversights on an item had order for Xmas and was sweating the delievery crunch time. Melissa reponded to my concerns promptly, and kept in contact till my issue was addressed/resolved. Highly recommend this website for Great DEALS. Your loss, if you dont."

"I ordered just before Christmas and wrote an email asking if they could expedite the order/shipment. I received 3 personal emails telling me the status and assuring me it would be there in time. Very personalized customer service and I would definitely shop with them again."

"Bad Monkey. They ruined Christmas! I ordered a flying shark at least 2 weeks before Dec. 25. The website for Ice Monkey shipping policy states:"Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.". The automated reply for my order states: " Thank you for your order from IceMonkey.com. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with your tracking information." Seven days later I have no confirmation of shipping. I wrote to customer service and received vague replies like "being processed" "ship shortly". After my final inquiry as to whether I will receive before Christmas I get a note saying my order was cancelled and refunded, they did not even ask! Now I have to pay double the price and elevated shipping to get this toy before Christmas! Bad Monkey."

"I placed an order on 11/22/11 for a "Vaas Tape to Digital USB Converter/Battery Powered Cassette Player" and a "2-Pack Sennheiser MX400 Lightweight Full Bass In-Ear Headphones". It's been 25 days already and I haven't received any of them yet.

>> It is showing that the Vaas Tape to Digital USB converter has been delivered by USPS (with shipment # and tracking #) on Nov. 28 but I didn't receive anything.

>> The second item, a 2-pack earphones, has a separate shipment number but no tracking number and I haven't received that one yet either.

I was able to get their phone number from my credit card company but when I called, it's stating a different company name and saying that phone support has been disabled and can only be done through email. So I emailed them and asked the status of my order. They responded and provided me only with a tracking number (which I already know from their website) for me to trace.
Their next email, they just said "sorry for the inconvenience" and told me to go to the post office and my neighbors' houses and find my item/s. (What?) My neighbors know and see that I'm always home, and if they're holding my items they should have handed me a long time ago.
They charged my credit card already (they seem to be very fast on that), and for just a small amount; but I'm the victim here. I wouldn't care but the thing is, I've been duped and that is not acceptable. I should get what I have paid for.
If they are a legit company, why don't they have a contact phone number on their website? Are they trying to hide something? Their website looks very good, but looks could be deceiving.

"Got a few things from them, one of the things was a dud. Not only did they refund my money promptly, I didn't even have to go to the bother of sending the defective item back. That was easy and went a long way toward me being a repeat customer. Appreciate it when vendors keep things simple."

"Just wanted to take the time to extend my thanks to your company and staff.

I recently placed an order for a 16GB WiFi only iPad 1. I was having trouble finding an iPad in good condition for under $400. I stumbled across your website somehow, and found one listed for $300 shipped. I was skeptical at first, but figured it was getting close to Christmas and I would take my chances.

To my surprise, you guys upgraded me to the 32GB WiFi only iPad 1 for no additional cost. I greatly appreciate your generosity, and it did not go unseen. I've spread the word about your deals to most everyone I know who would be interested.

"I order a "new" 1TB Home Network Hard Drive about 7 months ago. All was working well. Took it out of the box, followed the manufactures directions. All's good so far. Present day, hard drive stops responding. Tried everything the manufactures recommends. I had the hard drive checked by a technician. Found out the hard drive was only 500GB, NOT 1TB. Scammed there. Upon further inspection, I found that the power cord was for an HP product that wasn't even similar to this product. Scammed there too. When I sent an email to customer service, just to explain it to them, they asked me why I hand't inspected the product sooner. Really!? I should have been untrusting from the beginning? I would like to believe that people could trust online retailers like this and not have to worry about whether or not they are getting what they ordered. I don't have those problems with Amazon and I've ordered hundreds of items there. I've only ordered a couple things from icemonkey.com and so far, the percentage of rip-offs is alarming.
I was also told that since my order is seven months old, there is nothing they can do to help me. I'm not surprised by this, because if all the photos and family memories are lost on the hard drive, they're gone forever. Memories gone forever!! We'll see though. Now I have to spend more money on a possible data recovery method just to see if I can retrieve the data.
All because I was lied to - and it's my fault for not checking the product!! Go figure, that's what con-artists do, blame the one who got conned.

"I was a little suspicious since i hadnt heard of this particular site before but they had great, REALISTIC, prices on refurb ipads ($300 for refurb ipad1 16gb) so i thought, "hey, i'll give it a shot!" and I'm GLAD I DID! It did take a little longer than i had hoped for my ipad to ship but the customer service was great. when i started getting a little worried i emailed support and got a reply back within 12hrs (probably quicker.) they were very reassuring stating that that particular sale had done very well for them and they just had a lot of units to move and they would notify me when mine shipped. so i kept checking my account and they ACTUALLY EMAILED ME my tracking number before i saw that it had shipped on my account!
Bottom line, i am AMAZED at their customer service and that they are actually there. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again. they are totally legit, great prices, and I'm sure as they get more popular they will only get better.
If you're uneasy buying from them there is no need. I'm here to tell ya that you have nothing to worry about at all.

"I placed an order for a Motorola Xoom - WiFi on Nov 22, my card was charged same day, and a UPS tracking number created. I was told it would "ship in the next 1-2 business days". My order was changed because they "ran out" of the XoomWiFI, and they substituted a Refurb WiFi3G, even though the status of my order was "shipped".

I waited another week for them contact me. I sent emails, chat messages, and tried to call - and I got nowhere. I eventually received a Xoom, but am disgusted by the lack of communication with customer service. This was the first time ordering from them. Probably the last.

"Fast shipping i will give you that. i ordered a 16gb micro sd card and recieved a 4gb micro sd card.
i also ordered a handsfree soap dispenser.

when receiving i was very excited (then i saw it was a 4gb micro sd card), for the soap dispenser i was very excited and followed the directions step by step ( open lid place in batteries in a, b, c and d hole { + - and + -} and fill with your favoriate hand soap or lotion or bath soap and replace lid) nothing.

i tried many sets of batteries, nada.

so i tried calling icemonkey/daily steals 1888 numeber which left me with a recording of "sorry we are busy try emailing us online or connect with our like chat --- then the call ends" i emailed .. nothing... then i tried to connect with a live person (Offline)

so i got fed up and contacted the PayPal people.
within mins icemonkey denide my clame (the can deny my claim but not answer their phones or emails)

and their responce to my claim is send us a picture of what u recieved to our email address. (quick question- what if i don't have a camera or don't think i should waste more of my time to prove to you your company/shipping department is a fraud.)

oh btw same day i recieved my order i finally recieve my "free money clip" from when i "liked" your sister company on fb "daily steals" back in October.

great prices if you want to deal with customer servise bull s***.
