"I ordered an IBM Fan/Heatsink part from this company on a Sunday night, never recieved an email confirmation for my order. I spoke to customer service since on Wednesday my order still showed as processing. They confirmed that the order was processed and that they were waiting for the part to come in. By Friday 5 business days had passed since I placed my order, their site says the part usually ships between 3-5 days. Since 5 days had passed, I contacted them to find out if my part was ready. I was told that they don't have an exact ETA and that they are working on it. Since 5 days had passed and they have not even shipped my part, I decided to cancel my order. I will note that it was easy for me to get in touch with customer service and they were friendly and responsive. They seemed to provide honest answers to my questions, unfortunately once the 3-5 days passed, I don't have time to play the where's my part game. I will be placing an order with another vendor."
