"This is the worst company to purchase parts from, hands down. If I had been able to search for reviews on the seller I would have never bought anything from them.
The problems started when my hard drive died. At work I decided to place the order for several parts to get my computer back to new. I only purchased the outer cover and the palm rest and mouse pad from this company. The back cover was on back order. They sent me an email asking if I wanted a refurbished part for $50! The nerve! The brand new item was $60, why would anyone pay that much for a refurbised piece of plastic? The hard drive itself was that much.
I responded to the email telling them no way, I will accept it if they sold it for what I found online for a refurbished part which was WAY less than $50. They never responded. They called me and left a message regarding the invoice.
I ignorantly thought they had already shipped the part they did have in stock, but they didn't. Over a week after the purchase I called back to find out what the message was about. They stated that they had the refurbished part, and I told them hell no. Then when I asked where the part was that I had bought, they said they hadn't shipped it because they never heard from me, but I have the email proving I did send it.
Then they had the gall to offer me faster shipping, but at my expense. I was not going to pay anymore money for a part they owed me. I told them to send it. I didn't have time to get frustrated while I was at work.
That night I called to talk to a supervisor and ask for monetary compensation for the BS I had been putting up with. The man on the phone stated that there were no managers at the company and that, get this, he was the owner. I told him that there was no way he was the owner and the guy who answers their customer service number at 7 pm.
I will never do business with this company. I strongly suggest that people stay away from this seller. They are crooks, dishonest and the worst for customer service in the country.

The response from the company is 100% inaccurate. When I spoke with the agent who told me that I was dissatisfied with the service and that they had not shipped the part that was available, she stated that I could pay $1 more for expedited shipping. I was not going to pay MORE for them to ship it. When I tried to call back and talked to the owner, he said the part had already been shipped. I told him this was lie because the previous person I spoke with said that they only send out their USPS packaged on tuesdays and fridays. It was Wednesday, so the shipment wouldn't go out that day.
The owner also told me that there is "no free lunch" when I asked for discount. This "discount" they mentioned in their comment NEVER HAPPENED!
They have absolutely lost all of my business and our government contracted hardware support team that I work with will no longer be making ANY purchases from them.
BE WARNED, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
"Horrible. They sold me the wrong product, then gave only a partial refund. At all stages I was passed around, and finally they ignored me. I'm out their B.S. "restocking fee" and the cost of shipping both ways. Stay away.

"I ordered a new LCD screen as my current one is cracked. After installing the new LCD screen, it immediately appeared to be DOA. I eventually figured out that it's the backlight that isn't working (I can see contents on the screen if I shine a bright light on it). To make sure I didn't screw something up myself, I put the old LCD screen back in and it works fine. I have sent this back for a replacement but after reading the reviews on this site, I am not very optimistic.
Edit: In response to the reply below, the reason I didn't send it back was because I was able to replace the inverter board which was broken. I pulled the inverter board off of my old cracked screen and placed in on this one, and it worked fine.
Also, being deployed at the time, shipping this item back was very difficult for me, so seeing as I was able to repair it myself, there was no reason to RMA this item. A bit infuriating to have this seller assume I am merely lying (for what benefit???) I am definitely not doing business with this company again for sure."
"I ordered a motherboard for a Dell laptop. They sent me the wrong part, made me ship it back, and then didn't have the correct part to send me. I had to pay freight both ways and then they told me it may be up to six weeks to get a refund on my credit card. I protested the charge and then they refunded my money.
I think they are putting anything in a box so they can charge you. Beware..they will never stay in business like this. "
"I am extremely disappointed with Impact Computers. I ordered a specific fan for my Dell using the part number listed on the fan. Their website showed that part number, and a picture of that fan. I received a different fan with a different part number which would not work in my computer. When I contacted them, they said they did not even have the part I wanted in stock, contrary to what is STILL listed on their website. Their return policy demands that I pay a $25 restocking fee and shipping for THEIR mistake, which frankly, I find completely absurd."
"Shady on line practice they show picture of name brand product but send cheap replacement. Not worth returning must call for RMA within 10 days of ship date restock fee unopened is $15% or $15 whichever is greater and opened is 25% or $25. They even state on invoice due to large amount of part numbers used by OEM distributors sometimes they send replacement parts. Would have been nice to know. If I wanted a replacement part I would have ordered one I found for less than half what Impact charged me"
"Bad service! I ordered an LCD cable for a Compaq V2000 and they sent me the wrong cable. No big deal right? Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I double checked my invoice and it was obvious that they just sent me a different cable than the one I ordered. So I attempted to contact them. They would not respond for over a week, and I eventually had to send a message to the president of the company. That's when they finally responded. They told me I had to ship it back and I would not be reimbursed for the RMA shipping charges. Didn't they make the mistake? All I wanted was the correct part that I paid for, and yet they decided to the opposite of what I asked of them and proceeded to initiate a refund. This 'refund' will not cover shipping charges and will take 30 days to appear... and how I will be refunded is another mystery they will not clear up. All in all, they took my money, my time, and they gave me nothing at all. This company is garbage. Recommend them to your enemies."
