Well… once again… Raul has gone beyond the call of duty by performing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE left & right… Raul Nolasco truly has a grasp on the entire meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE… our success rate is 99.99% when we ask Raul for help... this week was a prime example… he knocked out an ordering issue w/o a problem.
Anyway… if it’s time for Raul's periodic performance review… will you please reward him for his CUSTOMER SERVICE dedication and for his GREAT Customer relationship he has w/ us here at Meyer Hill Lynch Corp… hard working and successful Impact Computer Customers in Northwest Ohio.

"I ordered a sound blaster audigy 2 zs part number p1554 and they shipped a sound blaster audigy 2 and was not the correct part number sb0240. I told them about this to be swapped out to have the correct part sent to me. I had to pay to get it shipped back and they said they are just gonna issue the refund minus the shipping. I will not use them ever again because I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake."
"The customer service staff is very unprofessional. I dealt with Melissa and Julissa(she hung up on me). The customer service staff has been trained in the art of lying and the run around. The pass the buck pretty well.Its not their fault .Why should they incur a costs. HP referred you to us. you buy a part from them at your own risk. If the part doesnt work its the consumers responsibility to return the product. The hold your money hostage.They have a supervisor name jasmin who you cant talk to personally.They refuse to give you her extension. I believe she is an automated supervisor they use to respond to you when they want to say no. Very unprofessional. Been in business 16 years. Dont SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THIS! ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. ITS YOURS.YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. You will hear about their "company policy" 100 times. The hide behind it. The policy wasnt stated until it was time to return the product at our costs..not my fault but my costs to return it both ways. You dont treat consumers like that!!!"

We ordered a Toshiba DVD Super Multi Drive from Impact Computers in November of 2011. They substituted an INCOMPATIBLE drive when shipping without informing us. We returned that incompatible drive 2 days later and it took them OVER THREE MONTHS to issue a refund to us. When they did, they DID NOT REFUND THE TAXES. To top it all off, they REFUSE to refund the original shipping charges EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT due to an incorrect substitution!!!!!
I've never seen a business not make things right when it is their screw up.
We will NEVER order from them again! I hope this post serves to warn others not to do so either!
EDIT: Interesting that Yury "decided to waive the shipping fee as well" only AFTER I posted a negative review on this site. When I spoke to him yesterday, he was VERY ADAMANT that they would not refund their shipping and handling charges and referred me to shipping verbiage buried on their 'warranty' page. Their policies are onerous enough that they cannot show them under a standard 'shipping' link as people won't purchase from them.
As for the verbal abuse and profanity, I fail to see how saying "This is bull$hit" regarding their refusal to make the issue right is either abusive or profanity when it is the truth.
Run away from this company as fast as you can! It's not worth saving a couple of bucks for the hassle!
If you do have a problem, post a negative review on this site instead of wasting time speaking with them, as this seems to be the only thing that gets action.
PS: Note how the ratings area of their site, http://www.impactcomputers.com/ratings.html, shows only "Excellent" ratings and you have to search other avenues to find out the truth about this company."

"Don't do it. Order from a different vender. I wish I had checked the reviews on this company. What a scam, I am a network administrator and needed a Western Digital hard drive for a server in a RAID configuration. They sent me a cheep Maxtor hard drive that would not work in a RAID configuration. Check out the on line order form. It says they will not send or charge your credit card if they do not have the part. What a crock of ****. When I called the customer service representative she started quoting their warranty policy that states they will ship a comparible part. RMA's require a # from them before any returns. Good luck on that one. "
"I have purchased from Impact for a few years. When I first started they were great. For the last couple of years maybe 1 in 10 orders have been correct. The last one was a Power Supply. It arrived in good condition. The system was a Dell. The Power LED was flashing yellow (according to Dell a bad Power Supply). I installed another Power Supply. that would not fit the case, and the system booted. I installed the Power Supply from Impact and got the Flashing Yellow Power LED.I have installed hundreds of Power Supply's so I rechecked all plug-ins. I reinstalled the Power Supply that would not fit the case and the system powered on correctly. I RMA'ed the Power Supply from Impact. I needed to get the system back to the client quickly so I went to Microcenter and picked up a Power Supply. I installed this Power Supply and the system worked correctly. Now about the problem with Impact, they recieved the Power Supply back and informed me that nothing was wrong with it and they were charging ma a restocking fee. This reminded me of why I haven't purchased from Impact in a while. I purchased two CMOS batteries for a dv6000 a couple of months ago. I recieved them, installed one into a laptop and it was dead. I installed the other one and it was good. I tested the battery with a multi meter and instead of having 3 volts it had like 2.1 volts.
It appears that Impact will ship bad parts and charge you a retocking fee when returned. The moral of this story is buy from someone else even if it is a few dollars more.
Thanks for the full refund. I replace 3 or 4 Power Supplies a week and the voltage switch is usually one of the first things that I check but there is a possibilty that I missed this one. It would have been nice if Impact would have reminded me to double check the switch before I spent $13.00 on shipping it back.
