"On 10/26/09 all was resolved. Inkfarm credited my cc for the overcharge. They had not seen my emails and saw the review. They're website was not set up for the use of a promo code along with the already applied discounts. They immediately called and apologized. I am very pleased. I will certainly give them another chance. Two thumbs up Inkfarm!!!

I purchased Canon ink from inkfarm. They were having a 10% off sale and free shipping. This discount appeared on their confirmation page. I then added a $2.00 promo code and clicked continue. Without warning the website created my order at the original price minus the ($2 promo discount) without the original confirmed discounts.
I immediately sent an email to inkfarm from their website and followed it up with another email. I still have not heard from them. I received the package but will send it back if I don't hear from them. The price I was charged is more than 15% above what was originally shown on the confirmation page. Decide for yourself if this is a company that you want to do business with. I won't do business with them again.

After 10 days my order was never received, so I contacted them and yhey asked if I had any problems receiving mail and I responded no and they went ahead and sent me another cartridge at no charge and no charge for additional shipping and received it in 2 days. "Avoid buying. Poor business practices! They never shipped but charged my card on the same day as the order. They claimed that they shipped but cannot provide proof. When I filed a complaint with the BBB they lied stating they never received my emails. I have proof they were sent. Buy elsewhere for you can find the same Chinese made cartridges cheaper if you look."

"I have used their remanufactured black HP cartridges for a while and was very satisfied. So I decided to try the color version as well later. I bought two, after only a few pages it started giving a printing error and wouldn't work, however the second cartridge worked fine. I contacted inkfarm about the problem with the one cartridge, and they sent me a free replacement within two days. I like their products and the value they represent, and they stand behind them.
