The items have always been shipped within 24 hours and we have always received exactly what we ordered, if not more. One time an ink cartridge did not perform properly. One email to them and my next order has a replacement and an apology. Imagine in this day and age, an apology. This is an upstanding company with great prices and quick delivery."

"I ordered cartridges for my Epson Stylus C84 printer a year ago and just installed them. They did not print and I was just going to buy replacements but I really wanted to know why they didn't work so I contacted cust svc and they simply said they were too old, send them back and we are sending new ones. They said when you receive the new ones, attach the enclosed label and return the old ones. Pretty cool stuff - could not have been nicer - I will be recommending these folks for service, price and expediency - all around excellent experience on line as well as phone.

"Ordered on the 14th and received my shipment on the 16th with no problems. One of the B&W cartridges did not function properly, so I contacted Inkfarm on the 17th. They shipped me a replacement cartridge on the 19th which I received on the 21st. They asked for the bad cartridge back after I received the new cartridge. Inkfarm's products are as good as any I have found elsewhere and better than quite a few. Their customer service has been excellent. I would recommend them for your needs."

"I don't have a complaint, I again want to commend you for your far superior service. I first bought from you a couple of years ago, and was so pleased with your service and product that I wrote a review. I told everyone I know to buy their ink from you. So time passes, and I don't buy from anyone else. Than I got my last order, and the crtg. were bad, but of course I didn't know that until I started having problems with my printer. I opened it up, and there was ink inside the printer. needless to say, I was not happy. I sent off a nasty e-mail, (because I have no class) and got a response from Lindsey ASAP. She asked me to call her, and I did and as with everyone I have delt with at Inkfarm, she was polite and concerned. I tried what she told me to do, and called her back. She was not there that day, and I talked to a man named Steve. As with everyone there he was wonderful to me. The long and short of it, he told me that he thought I just needed new cartgs. HP. He said he would send them to me right away. But if that didn't work, Inkfarm would buy me a new printer. I was great full. I got the new ink today, and installed them right away. IT WORKED. I can't tell you how much I appreciate how helpful. they were. The thnig that surprised me most, is steve never blinked, he said they would replace my printer. By mid-day Wednesday (today) the Inkfarm order was at my door, at a third the cost of new ink, and significantly cheaper than anyone else I found on the internet.
