"I recently purchased a replacement ink cartridge for my older HP printer. My order was processed and delivered very promptly.
When I went to use the cartridge, it proved to be defective. The ink simply was not coming out.
I e-mailed the company, and I was very happy to receive very prompt and courteous assistance from the customer service department.
"Michael" was a great help! He informed me that a replacement cartridge was being mailed to me immediately. He sent me a return postage label for the old cartridge to be returned, and assured me that a new cartridge was on its way to me.
I was VERY pleased with the service that I received. I appreciated the time and attention given to assure customer satisfaction!

"I bought a new printer late last year, and when I ran out of OEM ink, I purchased compatible ink cartridges from inkfarm.com. I had ordered inks before for my old printer, and they were good to do buisness with. This time, though, I had problems. The compatibles weren't working for some reason. No amount of head cleaning helped. Customer service at inkfarm.com went way beyond the norm to make sure I was satisfied with the business. Multiple e-mails went back and forth, and he was very patient even when I was getting more frustrated. The problem ended up being a hardware malfunction, as far as we know. I'm really 'sold' on inkfarm.com!"

"On May 16, 2002 I ordered 5 HP 51645A- black and 3 HP C6578A color re-manufactured inkjet cartridges from inkfarm.com at a cost of $174.78. Shortly after installing the first inkjet color cartridge it ran out of ink. I sent an email to their customer service informing them the ink cartridge ran out of ink after only printing out about fifty pages. The new ones print out about 650-pages.

After not hearing from them for a week I followed up with another email. I'm still waiting to hear from them. While the shipping service was great from them, the product has proven to be inferior. This of course will be my first and last order with them, but they haven't heard the last of me.

This complaint will be followed by a letter to the company, the BBB and a charge-back by my credit card company.

I have also discovered several other companies cheaper than they are by at least $3 per black cartridge since I placed the order with them.

I normally buy new cartridges, but my inkjet bill exceeds $1,000 a year so I figured I would try the used ones to reduce costs.
