"Spending £89 on a small rug I would have expected it to have been very good quality. It looks very cheap and was faults round the edge with long loose threads and black thread bound into the edge of the rug (the rug is pink and beige). It is totally unusable."

Seeing that the rug was being delivered from the USA i contacted them asking about import duty (nothing to pay! they take care of everything). "First Update was a little deceptive. Text message received to state the item was due to be delivered earlier than expected. I was very pleased and rushed home however when I checked my emails for further details it appears that would only be the case if I lived in the US. I bought from the company because it indicated that they were UK based so I can only describe myself as disappointed.
