"JES has been transparent form order placement to product delivery. I contacted customer service twice and received timely answers in both instances. My product questions were completely and accurately answered. Order was placed online and shipping services were responsive to my one inquiry. Product was delivered without damage and set up was no problem. I used the grill last evening and found their product reviews to be truthful and helpful. They offer an excellent product at a reasonable price. My last Holland Grill lasted almost twenty years with year round use. I expect the same from this product. "

"I found this company doing a search for a specific product (a Bunn coffee pot warmer). I was surprised but happy to find this small, specialized store with not only the exact product I wanted but a full 20% cheaper than the other stories, including Amazon & affiliates. The order confirmation was timely. (I ordered late Fri eve and even though they don't ship on weekends I did get a confirmation Saturday morning.) I received a second confirmation exactly a week later ("processing") and wondered why it was processing rather than shipped. Seems a small glitch, because 5 minutes after I called to inquire (and spoke with a helpful person) the package arrived at my door. Anyway, product is great, price & service great, "all good" - even the coffee!"

"It took the JES more than 10 days to let me know that the item ordered was on 'Back Order". So far I have received nothing. Items on that status should be identified as such right on the webpage, so the customer can decide whether he/she wants to place the order at all.
After this review they finally came back to tell me it might take up to 14 business days to fill the order. When I did not hear anything after that period of time I emailed them, again. Now they tell me it will take at least another 3 to 4 WEEKS, but for an additional $6.25 I can get the order filled by the manufacturer. What is this? Well it is service of the worst kind. The market has a way of naturally cleaning such companies out. I very much hope it will!!!!!!"
