"First, I went by their size chart and even called them on the phone and gave them my measurements to make sure the sizing was correct and they told me it was. When I received my package everything was 3 sizes too small. They are out of China (that says it all) everything is smaller than normal. But the biggest thing is the size chart is wrong. So they tell me I have to pay shipping back and they charged me 46.00 to ship it back and 38.00 to ship it to me. Which means it cost me $84.00 and I have nothing!! All because they have a messed up size chart. They refuse to make it right. My order was 190.00 they refunded 144.00. "

"They do have tons of options and they all look beautiful. Beware you get what you pay for. I bought a similar dress from Dillards for $280 and the one I ordered from JJs was $150. The lace bodice was rough and itchy, the fit was too small (same size as Dillards dress). Thankfully I tried it on the day it came and started a return the next day as they have a 7 day return policy. They offer you 40% refund or something crazy first to not return. Finally after several attempts they refund everything but their "expedited" shipping. Buyer beware. I will be much more careful in the future. Oh and I had to pay to send it back because their "special shipping rate" wasn't available. $50 out but at least the rest was refunded. Would never do business with them again."
"I ordered a dress and received it in 3 days. Size was too big although my daughter had tried on other dresses of the same size. They offered to keep it for 40% off or exchange. I asked for an exchange because they said it would be quick. then they sent a shipping label and told me the new dress would be sent when they received the dress back. I couldn't wait that long and ordered a new dress and requested the refund for the first dress. After 2 days of no updates I sent them a message and asked them how long it would take to get the second dress I paid for. They said it would be in by the 11th. That's 11 days after I ordered it. I expected to get it in 3 days like I did the 1st one. I had to go buy a new dress locally to have it on time for the event. Then they responded and told me I would have it by the 7th. I requested a refund because I already bought one locally. Now I will only get a 50% refund on 2 dresses. I have no dresses or refund yet from JJHOUSE and I spent $180. Be careful as there service and delivery times widely vary. TOTAL FAIL "

And that dress looked like it was made for some who is 5'5 and was size 14 or 16. So i had to spend more for a new dress last minute. I need my money bac. This is too much money to take from people for a product nowhere close to what they ordered for.

"I have ordered 3 pairs of dance shoes and they had to pay in advance. They then approached me about whether I really wanted to purchase all three pairs because they had to tailor them. I then indicated that I really wanted to take one pair and leave the other two. They then promised to return the money for those two pairs of shoes. This was 2 months ago and I still haven't received anything. I also paid extra for fast delivery, but it took almost 2 weeks before i received the packet. The one pair of shoes that I did receive looked completely different than the photo on the website and were very ugly. I indicated this and supported it with photos. I was allowed to return the shoes and would receive a voucher to order other shoes from them. You understand that I had little need for this solution. In the meantime, they are not paying the money for the two pairs of shoes that I eventually did not order despite their commitment and my repeated requests. On the internet I have read from other affected customers that the return of the shoes also leads to nothing and only will cost you more money. I therefore did not dare to do that anymore. I was scammed for 115 euros and you can read on the internet that many more people have been scammed by this company. Don't fall for it!"

"In good faith I purchased a hat understanding "worry-free returns". One of my items was not the color that I needed and when I asked to return it, I was offered a 50% credit to use at the store instead. I accepted the return offer. It seemed a simple idea and saved the trouble of restocking and the trouble of packaging.
Since then I have tried ordering twice with each order being cancelled with the reason the item was "temporarily not available"
I have a hat that I cannot use. I have paid shipping twice with no merchandise received.
I should've received a $31 refund, have paid an additional $9.99 & $14.00
A total of $54.99 has been paid out.
How can this return policy make sense of this?
