"I custom-ordered an evening gown from JJs House ($189) that turned out 2-3" bigger than my actual size and made me look really big, the bust, waist & hip areas are all bigger than my actual body size. I took the dress to an alteration expert and she told me the dress is too big and it would be too much to alter due to the many pleatings and layers; she refuse to do it, she said it's better if I get a different dress for myself. I could not return the dress for a refund because it was custom sizing, but JJs House refunded me 30% of the cost of the dress as reimbursement for alteration. Since I could not get it altered, I'm now stuck with it. I've learned my lesson and will not custom order online."

"Hi I found this site while surfing the internet. I was curious about ordering a dress online. So I decided to try it out. I ordered the size by the chart and was totally surprised at the quality, speed of delivery and colour was exactly what was portrayed. The dress was too big but part of that was my own fault. I was worried that it would be too small, and I couldn’t send it back because it was a final sale. I will definitely order another dress for my sons wedding, but go down one size next time."

"Oh I wish I could put 0 stars. Disappointed and angry. I ordered a dress on 19th of March and it was due to arrive on 2nd of April. It’s 10th of April and it still hasn’t arrived. I have a wedding to attend since I am a bridsmaid and the worst part is they keep lying about the location of my parcel.they keep saying it’s with the shipping courier but when I contacted the shipping courier the said that they haven’t recieved anything at all. Then I texted them again and they kept saying the same thing and saying ALL COURIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS but that’s a massive lie because I have been shopping for the past 3 weeks since I am going on holiday and they arrive within 5 days maximum even the ones I have bought from SHEIN. SHEIN is located in China as well but they are really reliable. This company is a total fraud. They actually are a fraud and they are such big liars. Please don’t buy from them or you will miss your event and be so so disappointed . I have anxiety and this is messing with my head but they still lie to me instead of fixing the issue. Shame on you."

"I have now purchased two dresses for "grand"- mother of the bride and was pleased with the quality. I did compare to a couple of consignment bridal store prices and they were similar, plus they have all the sizes. The only thing...which I understand the reasoning, is that I needed to try a different size but had purchased a "final sale'" item on these because the price was so good. So I wound up taking it for alterations. That cost more than I hoped but it still amounted to less the full price for the dress. All in all, there selections are far better than say David's Bridal and prices too. "
