"I never received the dress that I ordered. Ordered it on Jul 31st to wear to a backyard wedding, and it still hasn't arrived yet. The wedding has definitely passed. Paid for slightly expedited shipping to get it here on time. The order number given to me to the track the package only led me to a page that showed where it was shipped, not where it was on the route. For $18.00 shipping, you'd think there's better tracking.
After I contacted USPS (this task per JJ’s House customer service request), my building's management company to check security and asked my neighbors, their two options for a solution are 40% refund of the item or 50% credit of the dress value. What a laugh. I understand that it's not their fault if USPS screwed up, but given the lousy tracking system on the site and the fact they probably mark up the sale prices of the dresses a lot from the costs of materials etc, the best that can be done is 40-50% refund or store credit??? And it’s MY job to file a complaint against USPS, not their job apparently.
Never purchasing from here ever again. And honestly considering reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Ridiculous."

"I have had the worst experience with this company. I understand there is an awful situation with the virus epidemic but I have had awful communication from their head office in Hong Kong. I ordered a bridesmaid dress on 18th January and my wedding was 3 weeks ago on 22nd February. The dress never arrived and now the company are not replying to any of my emails or messages about my refund. I took me to ask them where the dress was and they explained the dress would arrived on 19th February in time for my wedding and then when I contacted them on 18th February they said the dress would not be ready or shipped in time. They offered me a refund and since then I have had no communication from them and no refund. Such terrible terrible service. DO NOT ORDER from this company!"

Save yourself the time, energy and cost and buy something local. You don't end up saving money and you'll stress and be disappointed. The people that have posted good reviews must have been paid, seriously!
Ordered a bridesmaid's dress custom make. Dress arrived within timeframe however the fit was horrible, so big!! nothing like it looked online. I'm roughly a AU 10-12 size so it should have fit similar to the one online... Nope!! It was ridiculous! The point in the breast cups where darts are and **** should be were sitting up 2" down from my collarbone! Wtf?? I took photos and sent it to them straight away, I got a reply back within a day saying "I'm sorry you feel this way" not "I'm sorry we stuffed up" like it's my fault?? They offered me 40% refund of the dress price, which was only $90 from the $300 I paid, to go it altered. I ordered a custom make so I didn't have to get it altered!!! I took it to two different dressmakers and neither could do anything apart from cut it up and keep the bottom half and turn it into a skirt :( The other two bridesmaids had similar experiences. One of them told JJ's that she'd be posting a bad review and they offered her a higher refund if she didn't. Pathetic. We all ended up having to buy other dresses elsewhere. I don't know how they are still in business. Just awful!
