"Bought a windshield from these guys. Their website specifically said that the windshield would fit my Harley Sportster 72. When the windshield arrived the fit was nowhere close. I had to email them 3 times to get a response, which was canned and impersonal. I was then told I had to pay the shipping to return the windshield, which is expensive bc I’m in Canada. Total waste of my time and money. Never again "

I have trouble finding helmets that fit me properly (yes I know...), and those in Australian stores tend to be plain black and at bank breaking costs. I looked at the J&P site and found exactly what I wanted!
I ordered a GMax modular helmet on April 11 - the J&P Cycles site was very clear that there may be freight delays due to "what's going on" in the world today. As it had to be shipped from their USA warehouse to New South Wales in Australia, I expected a long delay in delivery
The helmet arrived at my front door on April 21, a REMARKABLE effort by all those involved in that process!
The helmet is exactly as described in their catalogue and fits beautifully.
I'll happily use their services again, and I'd certainly recommend J&P Cycles to everyone."
