"A large part of our wedding plans included our Harley to be in the ceremony along with the brothers and all their bikes. I needed a set of tires badly and my brother needed one so I ordered 3 of them and paid extra shipping to get them there in plenty of time. Needless to say they didn't get there on time, my brothers came a day late and I had to go 2.5 hours to dallas rent a Harley, yeah rented a Harley when i got a new one sitting there to make her wedding how she wanted. So, no I'm not happy with the situation."

"Rachael cut me off from chat before I had chance to type my response then when I got stuck with her a second time & confronted her she denied doing it & was nasty about it...wish I hadn't gotten the gold membership since I will likely look ELSEWHERE for whatever we might need in the future
Yesterday, we discovered in the speaker pkg that was ordered the instructions said to use the shims in fig 4-3 & 4-4 there were none, not even referenced on the parts list. Was told to call 800 numbers , there were 2 & no one is available. Shims that were refenced in instructions need to be sent out & here by Fri, June 26th or it will be coming back for refund. As a gold member we shouldn't have to be doing all the phone calling for missing parts...that should have been checked before you shipped it out.

"I put the radiator shield on my Kawasaki Vulcan and it looks SWEET! Thanks for making this easy, I could have purchased to wrong one but your method of identifying the parts that fix your bike is perfection. The tank/seat cover works great to keep my bike seat cool on hot sunny days."

"I only received half of my order. Its been 5days since I called to report the issue and cannot get a response or straight answer about fixing the issue. I haven't had an issue with previous orders but I continue to get the run around each time I call customer service. "
