"Horrible customer service, I called after my seat didn't ship to see what the hold up was only to be told it was on backorder. The website didn't say anything about a backorder, but the customer service rep said that it should be back in stock and shipping out that day. So after the next day passes without a email saying it shipped I called back and this time I am told it still wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be. So I canceled my order and will never use j&p again, everytime I order something it's nothing but a head ache."
