"they sent an email saying that they had no expected delivery date. in the email it stated to reply within 48 hours to the email if I want to cancel the order. so I replied stating that I want my order canceled. within A couple days I got another email stating that my pipes had shipped, even though I had canceled the order. since I had already ordered pipes from another company I had to email them again and tell them I had cancelled the order. they did reverse the order and call the shipment back and credit my money. they did correct the problem but with a lot of hassle."
