"Shipping was a bit too high. It was a small rubber gasket that could have been sent in an envelope for less than a dollar, but I had to pay $10 for shipping on this $2 item.

Order arrived fast, but I don't like being gouged on shipping. Unfortunately, I could not buy it anywhere else so I had to suck it up.

"They delivered it alright, but I paid extra for a gold membership only to be called a liar on their chat when I had a problem. Burt, a customer service rep, was very rude. I had ordered 1 mirror not knowing I had ordered 1 mirror, I thought I had ordered two, after all it was about $100 for 1 mirror? Pricy... Upon inspection of that mirror I noticed a small scratch on it. Burt said to me in the chat that my mirror "conveniently got a scratch on it" when I was asking for a refund so I could buy both mirrors for the cheaper price. Then he continued to say that he is not implying that I'm lying about the scratch and that he is reading from a script, im calling bs on that one. He also said that if I do return the mirror that he will inspect it and return it to me if its determined that I intentionally scratched it and that I would be charged for all the shipping when I've paid $40 for a membership that comes with free shipping?...?... I'm keeping the mirror, I'll deal with the scratch by letting every biker I know what poor customer service was received when they ask about my scratch on my mirror. I bought the other mirror knowing it was my final purchase. I've spent well over $500 in the past month with j &p. The mirrors were also appearing to be hand cut, very noticeable inaccurate cuts around the actual mirror part on both mirrors. I like them minus the scratch however, j&p is not the only online store that sells them or ones very similar. "
