"Ordered a seat. Said ship in 5 to 7 days. 5 days later still nothing. Called said it was on back order would be shipped out Monday. Would of been nice to receive an e- mail letting me know.Monday came nothing. Called again said next week. Still waiting. First time using jandp probably last. You think they would of made sure I received my purchase before they sent me an e- mail asking how my purchase was."

"I found you site claiming world wide delivery claiming all cost will be added to the initial price. Alas when my helmet arrived I had to pay another $100!!!
I further read more small print saying that actually I will be liable for any further monies. Please do amend your web page so people will not be misled. Jeff

"Great Petpalace & Frontbag for my Harley, the Dog love his new condo, and it is a lot of fun riding with him back there safe and comfortly.
Tale is right up when i look at him at the roads sholder.

Service and shipping to Norway took about 10 days from ordering stuff, and that is like halfe around the entire world.
As always, JPcycles deliver in good maner.

"I ordered my stuff May 8, still have not received it and have heard nothing from them, other places kept in contact and products were delivered within a few days to a week, or by estimated arrival!!! They need better communication with there customers, I called after 3 weeks told it would ship within 2 days no email confirmation, called again the order still wasn't shipped, finally canceled the order... Worst place to order from no communication with their customers and staff has no clue what's going on, and they advertise shipment's in 5 to 7 days, I wouldn't count on it!! Not recommended at all..
