"I have had a number of transactions with J&P and they were all good. A recent example, was for a voltage regulator for my 1999 Harley softtail. I checked the J&P price and found it was in stock at $60. I wanted to ride that day so I went to my local Harley dealer fully prepared to pay a few dollars more for the convenience. However, when the person behind the parts counter told me it was $137 I said it was only sixty bucks online. The person then told me to buy it online then. I responded that I'd be glad to. So I did. My subsequent purchases have all been from J&P as well. I guess Harley doesn't need my business.
The only frustration I found with J&P was that if I joined the extra-fee gold club membership I would not be unable to use it on that particular sale due to "processing time.". Really? In 2015? Otherwise, my first stop for my Harley parts is J&P."
