"I have been a Gold Club Member and have made frequent purchases over the past 3 years. 5 weeks ago I ordered a 217-468 Pirelli Night Dragon MH90-21 Front Tire. I had to replace it after less than 5,000 miles (one trip) because of extensive cracking and scalloping. I run N2 in my tires and am meticulous about maintaining proper air pressure. I called J&P Customer Service and was basically dismissed and told that they were not responsible. J&P Customer Service brushed me off and told me to contact the manufacturer. "
