"I couldn't print the right size return label no matter what I did. Does the company do this just to frustrate their customers so they won't return the item? It's a cheap piece of plastic junk. Why couldn't JP customer service just credit me instead of the hassle of jumping through the hoops for a junk broken cheap part? Bad. there are many other companies to purchase from

Today, May 5th my order has not not been shipped. I tried to contact J&P Cycles via online chat last Sat, but customer service could not get through to the dept that deals with international orders. I have send now another email, but overall not happy at all!!!"
