"VERY unhappy! Ordered cable AFTER cable in kit was damaged. Did not know if came damaged or I damaged so I assumed it was me and was willing to pay to replace it. Ordered with next day shipping, after saw it was not going to arrive next day but rather 4 days later, sourced locally and requested they cancel the order. The item was STILL in their possession and they refused to cancel the non-returnable item with the non-existent "next day" shipping. Said they wouldn't be able to locate it in shipping department.... New online and local sources found... no more of my money to J&P."
