"J&P Cycles have average prices on most items and better than average prices on tires. Shipping is fast and reasonable priced. I don't like the fact that you have to pay for shipping on something that was advertised wrong and didn't fit. If I ordered something wrong I would expect to pay shipping. I have ordered several products that where advertised wrong or misleading. I have found the chat room and customer support of no help. You may get better help if you join gold club. I will keep ordering because overall JP seems to be a good company. I just feel they should have better product knowledge."
