"Ordered some vance and hines big shots Pipes for my bike. Got them in put the pipes on, unravel the packing they had on the heat shields and one had dent on it with a chip in the paint. So I did the live chat dude was very rude he said take them back off and send them back to us. Haha no sir!!! I just need a heat shield!!! After he said that I was done. So gave it a day thought I would just call to see if something would change haha nope talked to Liz chick was short an talked over me, feels like she heard nothing of what I was telling her. Wow things are not what they used to be.. Good chance I will NEVER do business with Jp again. "

"Have to return my first order because the oil in my changing kits was wrong. I was ready to change the oil but now I can't until I receive my replacement. Also I have to take time out of my day to re-pack all items to be returned and drive to the UPS store. I will hold off on my review until this is corrected."

"i order a rain suit xl and i received a medium does it fit nooooo. i order a fender rear fender was supposed to fit right there does it nooo i have to make hole i order a rear tire was supposed to fit does it nooo. So if you want to know if i am satisfied guess..."
