"The morning on 3/24/15 We decided to take a 300 mile trip on 3/27/15. New I needed to get a new seat , Harley Sportster not up to the trip. Placed order before 4PM central their cut off time is 5PM central. I paid for 2 day shipping and expected Thursday delivery. They sent email order had shipped but no tracking number. I chatted next morning to get tracking number lady could not find out any info sent email to supervisor she would not answer email. Lady said she would email me back which she never did. Called 2 hours later nice lady finely spoke to supervisor and said it would be Friday for delivery. I told her I needed it Thursday and that was the only reason I spent the money on expedited shipping. I had to send another chat request to get tracking number for this order. After looking at UPS record "JPCYCLE" still had my packages and could have sent it next day but refused.
I'm not sure if I will order again from them for any important thing. Guess Gold member ship means nothing.
