"As for the people I spoke with at J@P Cycles they were very professional and helpful. They answered my questions but it was the delivery of the product that bothered me. I ordered them both on the 16th and when we checked the billing as my fiancé always does I noticed the front tire was back ordered or had not shipped yet. So I called and he said to please wait until tomorrow to see if it is shipped and it was shipped on the 17th. I received the front tire on the 18th while it said the rear tire was still in Portland Oregon. I checked the tracking of the tire and come to find out instead of them both being shipped together I received the front on the 18th and the other on Monday the 23rd. It didn't make sense to me why one shipped out later than the other arrived at least 4 days earlier. So I cannot say if it was J@P Cycles fault or not I do feel they should have both been shipped out at the same time even if they were to call or send an email that it would be delayed a day so they would be both be delivered at the same time instead I could not take the bike in over the weekend to have the tires put on at the same time. Would I buy again probably the price I thought was very good and I hope the tires will be as good as the reviews I read upon them.

"Not satisfied with customer service at all. I ordered the wrong part and it never left the warehouse and the guy I spoke with wouldn't let me cancel and order the right parts. Whoever I spoke with seemed a little slow to me I wish I could of remember his name. Now I have to spend money to ship the part back."

"Not knowing you had 2 sets of chrome hand controls that stated they fit my 2008 FLHTC. I ended up ordering the wrong chrome hand controls and had to return the 1st set. I suggest you put a better description so other consumers do not make the same mistake as I did.
