"When I placed my order online, on the status of the item column, it said "available and ready to shop out same day" so I ordered the items that I needed. Next day when I checked the status of my order, the status was "awaiting vendor's shipment". I was a little bit furious about it due to the fact that I am missing these two particular parts to enter the bike show that was hosted here last week. So, I waited and said 2-4 isn't that bad I can still make it. But what made me really mad was it took a whole week and an extra 2 days for the order to ship out. I placed the order on March 7 and it was shipped out on March 13. Having that said, I still enjoy JPcycles items and I know I'll be doing business with them again, but make sure that you call customer service prior to ordering your item and making sure that it's availible."

"I am from Singapore and I made an order in ur site. Then I received an email saying U don't accept international credit cards so either indo bank transfer which will cost me an additional $25 or i order thru PayPal.
Nowhere in ur website did U mention U do not accept international cc when I was making the order. Why don't u all accept international cc? Many online stores have no problems with international cc and provides a secure ordering process.
The communication process was also cold and not very friendly. I don't sense U value my business.
I simply cancelled the order n took my business elsewhere. The item is being delivered to me right now.

"I was very satisfied with the grips I ordered, however I am returning the mirrors. They had a very cheap look, and not something I would want on my bike. I would still consider making other purchases with JP Cycles if the need arises. I will say that the return process was extremely easy, and makes me comfortable in making future purchases. It is always difficult to purchase something online, you are never quite sure what the product will look like when you get it. Having an easy return policy ensures I will return."

"I order many "smalls" light and small idems! I can see adding shipping costs to large, heavy idems but not small very light idems! ..795 adds up and sometimes costs more then the idem itself!..."smalls" should be shipped free!
