"Despite a tech support assisted purchase, I ended up with items that were not compatible with each other and (an installation that ... in some areas would give law enforcement a reason to interrupt a ride, not to mention causing a one day project to become 2 days, a week apart ). Second call to rectify situation was not a satisfying experience, resulting in only the return. I then was charged label, restock fee ( despite clear explanation to Gary (?) and on return form ) making it necessary to place my 3rd call to J&P to battle over a petty $7.99.
Thanks to Rachel (?), this rating was raised to 2 stars, assuming the fee was reversed.

"When I placed my order online, on the status of the item column, it said "available and ready to shop out same day" so I ordered the items that I needed. Next day when I checked the status of my order, the status was "awaiting vendor's shipment". I was a little bit furious about it due to the fact that I am missing these two particular parts to enter the bike show that was hosted here last week. So, I waited and said 2-4 isn't that bad I can still make it. But what made me really mad was it took a whole week and an extra 2 days for the order to ship out. I placed the order on March 7 and it was shipped out on March 13. Having that said, I still enjoy JPcycles items and I know I'll be doing business with them again, but make sure that you call customer service prior to ordering your item and making sure that it's availible."
