"Ordered a fender bib for 05 FLSTCI and JP Cycles had listed two bibs available that "fit" my bike. Ordered one and it actually didn't fit. Contacted customer service and worked through the situation. However, I was told I would not have to pay the return shipping or shipping for the right product for my bike to me....I was charged shipping on correct item. Three stars,"

"Still waiting for parts. Two weeks in transit on one order and not here yet. Second order still waiting for vendor supply. I have had parts from other places in US get here in 5 days. And if they say parts are available they should be shipped as soon as I order not weeks later. Never again will J&P get my $$$. "
