"I purchased (2) Kuryakin side brackets for an 1100 V Star. The brackets are as thick as the stock brackets and the square that holds the sissy bar fully encapsulates the sissy bar. No exposed bolt heads. I had to send an order back that I purchased on Ebay which turned out to be an import. The quality difference is night and day."
