"All products received were of good quality for their use. I would rate J&P very good with one exception. The saddlebags delivered were not the ones I ordered. They are of a good quality and I am happy with them. I think they are actually better for my application and I will happily keep them. They are about 4" shorter than the ones I ordered and that's a good thing because if they were longer they would look odd on my bike. Thank you for the mistake."
