"As usual, J and P Cycles fulfilled my order in a prompt fashion - goods being very well packed with no damages. I was even able to liaise with J and P staff to make amendments to the order after it had been sent as I realised that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong parts. J and P are excellent at meeting the needs of international customers in terms of delivery times, price and quality of goods - I would comment them to any restorer of Harley Davidsons or indeed to any motorcyclist."

"I ordered a gift card and received no shipping notification. I called to check the status of my order and found out they had the wrong billing information. It took an act of congress to change, as if I was somehow scamming them, and I still received no notification of the order shipping until the recipient called me to confirm. At least it got there before Christmas..."

"multiple holds were placed on my credit card for almost $2000 each making the ordering process very inconvenient. Additionally, half the items I had ordered online as 'in stock' were later clarified as 2-4 business days to deliver to J&P prior to delivery to me. Its simply false to say its in stock when its not..and on multiple items. I'll order again due to selection & price point, but Its a choice, not a go to shop for me now."
