"I had a problem with my order and they shipped out a replacement. Problem most likely was not JP's fault. I can't even say there was no hassle because that would imply there could have been hassle. But there wasn't even anything that could have been considered on the subject of hassle. it was done so quickly and professionally. Nobody likes to have problems, but this one was solved instantaneously."
