I paid for 1 day shipping to get before Christmas but because the FedEx was late in their delivery I called J&P Cycles, they pulled up my order quickly said that I was entitled to a shipping charge refund and processed my refund which was back into my account within a day. The call to J&P only took about 5 minutes and the service rep that I spoke with was nice and took care of everything for me! Will be ordering again from them!"
