"i ordered an order on December friday the 19 and paid a 4.99 rush fee. Then I ordered another order on mon december 22 and didnt pay the rush fee I recieved the order that I placed on the 22 of december on december 30th and as of 1/1 2105 I still have not recieved the order I placed on the 19th of december 13 days is ridiculous and on top of that I paid for rush shipping. It makes me not want to ordet items again and I will never ship with UPS again. It is to bad because I had ordered other items from j&p and never paid a rush fee and recieved the order in a timely matter. If I do order from j&p again I will demand that my order is not sent UPS."
