"Unfortunately and despite normally performed equipment purchases for my bike (and for my) in the USA via internet (for example Revzilla, Harley Davidson, etc.) without any problem, failed to make the purchase with you for not accepting Argentinas credit cards. I expect that to change in a future. Thank you very much."

"I have a 2012 Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe, and had occasion to order a jack for use in servicing. I asked for assistance via the 'chat line' (internet), giving all details about my bike. Unfortunately there was a problem with the sale, however J & P Cycles, in the real tradition of the Motor Cycle Riders Brotherhood, were great in solving the problem. They were terrific. I would recommend other Harley riders in Australia to use them."

"You didn't take care of me not did you send the wrong part but when you had the chance to make it right you gave me my money back instead of send the correct part and refunding the difference. Plus you insisted that the part was correct even though it would not fit my bike and you didn't even look at the pictures I sent so I could get the correct part. On follow the instructions that I wrote on the paper work saying to send me the right part."
