"Ordered a side mirror to replace the one that my buddy broke. Received the order quickly and mounted the mirror. I took it out for a cruise and when I quickly accelerated from a stoplight, it vibrated out of the set and smashed on the road behind me. This happened within half an hour from the time of installation. I sent it back and they quickly sent me a replacement at no charge, which I really appreciated. However, the same thing happened to the replacement mirror. The second mirror lasted a little longer, but again vibrated out of the set. This time, instead of a quick acceleration, I was engine braking just before pulling into parking lot and was probably only going 15 mph. I was able to recover the mirror and there didn't appear to be any damage I couldn't live with, so I bought some epoxy and put it back in the set myself. I've ridden about 1000 miles and it hasn't come loose. I don't know if this place is letting their inventory dry rot in a warehouse or if the company that produced the mirror is at fault, but I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The reason for 3 stars instead of 2 is because they filled my order accurately, shipped quickly, and had a no hassle return policy."
