"I think the program you have is great but it has a few bugs, I press the model and make and still gave me a wrong part, i put in 95 Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG for a oil filter mount and I was sent one for a Sofltail, one line doesn't fit, the one I picked the message said it would fit my bike. I bough a set of forward contols and didn't know until I saw the invoice that they where 2" extended but that program is about the best I've ever seen, just a few little bugs. You can see what you are buying and the program tell you if it going to fit your bike, well maybe. I'll have to look a little closer next time. Danny"

"I had to return seats because they wouldnt fit my bike right. I paid for shipping through UPS. Come to find out when refund came through,they still charged an additional 25dollars and change. Verry upset about that.
Another transaction i paid roughly 170.00 for a set of grips. When we went to put them on we found throttle grip was not cut correctly and binded up. In the process of sending them back for refund right now. The kicker is that i paid 20.00 for next day shipping only to have to return the grips. Not verry happy about that either.

"I am rebuilding an old motorcycle and have made around a dozen online purchases from JP Cycles. The depth and breadth of selection for name brand parts for an obscure model is amazing. The search engine makes finding those parts, and determining if they are in stock a snap. After purchase the feedback email is within hours on any day of the week. The parts are delivered in a very short period of time, and arrive well packaged."
